Gute Lage, beste Aussicht und abenteurliche Anfahrt Positive: Die Aussicht und strategische Lage für alle Art von Tagesausflügen, sowie die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren top. Den Teide und das Meer im Blick. Einfach großartig. Ich würde die Location durchaus empfehlen. Negative: Die Fenster in Apartment 1 sollten mal gecheckt und nachgebessert werden. Bei Regen klingt es schonmal als würde man draußen schlafen. Ausserdem ist die Wohnung darüber (wenn bewohnt) auch störend wenn mal was bewegt wird oder man das Abwasser in der Wand hört. Was selten vorkam, aber halt mal vorkam ... Die Kommunikation und die Angaben zur Anfahrt sind mal besser mal schlechter. Man sollte das daneben gelegene Hotel als Navipunkt eingeben, das hilft wenn man das erste Mal die steile Straße hochfährt. Die Auffahrt irritiert zunächst, aber man muss einfach der Straße bis zum Hotel folgen, dann findet man es auf der rechten Seite. Den Müll kann man bei längerem Aufenthalt auf der unteren Straße an den Sammelmülleimern bestens loswerden.

Positive: Le logement est spacieux, moderne et neuf. Les lits sont incroyablement confortables. Vue très agréable Negative: Il manque des équipements : grille pain, bols, linge de maison, aspirateur en commun pour les 3 logements (pas très pratique). Peu d'intimité puisque tout est ultra-vitré, ce qui d'un côté est très agréable, mais on voit donc tout dans chaque appartement...

Modern, clean comfortable apartment with great views - from the hillside. Good for self catering Positive: The property is very new, very clean and well equipped, everything is easy to find and get along with. The views are simply out of this world (when it's sunny). You have an uninterupted view of the north coast and sea all the way to Puerto Cruz and into the Atlantic and up to Mt Teide (on a clear day). The terrace, garden and pool are all great too. Parking is good and level under shade when you have turned off to the property. The local agents were very helpful and very responsive. Negative: The road to and from the main street is not for the faint-hearted. It's steep, technically off-road and narrow with some ruts and holes. The junction coming back down is a sharp turn. Dogs in the neighbouring property who bark when you step outside are a pain in the neck as they seem to be left their to guard the property and be very bored. We wanted to self cater but do bear in mind there are no real bars or restaurants in easy walking distance.
