TERRIBLE Positive: Un trato deplorable, desde el inicio no nos dieron las llaves hasta casi las 4 de la tarde, íbamos con una bebé y 2 niños estuvimos tirados en la calle porque no nos reservaron el aparcamiento media hora mientras mi amiga se quedó con su bebé los niños y las cosas yo me fui a buscar sitio para aparcar aún al volver no tenían las llaves fue traumatico. El apartamento lleno de cucarachas y debajo del sillón se notaba que no habían limpiado. La piscina terrible toda rasposa mi hijo tiene toda la cara y las piernas llenas de heridas. Para colmo por habernos dado las llaves 🔑 mas tarde y no tener ninguna explicación del apartamento, nos ofrecen salir una hora más tarde como si eso compensará de forma alguna todo lo acontecido. No se les ocurra ir con niños en el puerto hay mejores sitios a buen precio. Negative: Nada no me gustó nada ya lo expliqué en el anterior comentario. Es mas exijo que me devuelvan el dinero 💰 por este tipo de apartamentos con este trato no debería de estar ni publicado.

Positive: El apartamento se encuentra bien ubicado pero hay algunas cosas que se podrían mejorar. Hay cucarachas.

Excellent location, but cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement. Positive: The biggest advantage of this apartment is the location – it is truly excellent. Everything is within walking distance, and that was the main reason we chose it. The apartment is compact and functional: TV, internet, stove, microwave and washing machine were working. We also appreciated that we were not disturbed during our stay. Negative: When we checked in, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell, especially coming from the curtains and the sofa bed. The curtains were visibly dirty and seemed to have absorbed cooking smells over time. The apartment has a kitchen extractor hood in the same room, but instead of properly ventilating outside, it appears to recirculate the air — which likely causes cooking odors to accumulate in the curtains and fabrics. Visible stains were present on the mattress and curtains. Cleaning was promised, but in reality the curtains were removed and never returned during our two-week stay. The mattress was simply covered with a topper. Since the apartment is on the first floor and we had no curtains for the rest of the stay, people from outside could clearly see inside in the evenings, which was very uncomfortable and affected our privacy. The bedding was worn and partially torn. The duvet cover was much smaller than the duvet itself. The pillows were feather pillows, which may not suit everyone. We also noticed cockroaches in the apartment. While we understand this can happen in warm climates, it was still unpleasant. The shower was leaking, one of the kitchen lights was not working, and the iron was dirty with burnt residue. For the price paid, the apartment felt overpriced considering the overall condition and cleanliness.
