La teoría del caos Positive: Céntrico, cercano y tranquilo. Con piscina. Negative: Al ser enfermo de cáncer, tuvimos que abandonar la propiedad al segundo día e instalarnos en otro hotel cercano que ofreciera condiciones más sanas en cuestión a salud. Muchísimas cucarachas entre la cocina y la nevera. Pelos largos negros en el congelador. No tiene ni sillas ni hamacas la piscina por lo que hay bichos que causan daños y estoy en un momento de tener las defensas muy bajas, además se me hizo muy difícil aparcar fuera, teniendo parking privado que la propiedad no ofrece, pedí pero me lo negaron. Por cierto! Guardo fotos y video completo, por si la propiedad omite mi comentario u,o trata de restar importancia. La salud y la higiene es muy pero que muy importante y el precio estaba por encima de los 60 euros/día. Con ese precio, lo mínimo es la limpieza y la higiene.

Estancia nefasta Positive: La piscina Negative: La terraza no la limpiaron, había cenicero con cenizas, habían cucarachas pequeñas en la cocina, la sabana bajera era más chica que el colchón. En general, podría estar mucho mejor haciendo arreglos. Teníamos pagadas dos noches y la segunda, no nos quedamos. Las fotos tienen poco que ver con el apartamento.

Agradable y muy práctico Positive: Práctico y tiene todo lo necesario. El precio es justo Negative: Está bastante trotado y el baño necesita más luz

A few steps from the city centre Positive: The apartment is not very big but has a great position, located very near to Puerto de la Cruz Central Bus Station where you can catch the direct bus to Tenerife airport Norte/Sur. The kitchen is partially equipped with a spacious fridge. Supermarkets and city centre are very nearby. Wi-Fi connection is great. The team has answered properly and friendly to evey our necessity (lack of towels, not working hair dryer and washing machine with leaking water) giving us quick solutions for everything. Frederic&Francesca Negative: A downside has been the cleaning, quite poor unfortunately, with hairs around the apartment and a clogged washing machine 's filter that has caused troubles during our staying. Some cucarachas coming in the kitchen during the night, it seems the apartment is not properly isolated. Also the neighbours (tourists?) very pretty loud every morning. Frederic&Francesca
