Bodeguita - Finca Tabaiba by TOR

House infested with rats and the hosts did nothing to solve it Negative: ⚠️ The house is infested with rats We rented a property for 4 days and since the first night we noticed the presence of rats in the house and droppings everywhere (also on the kitchen table). We informed Ocean Rental team but they didn’t solve the problem in 4 days. They seemed to be aware of the problem but they didn’t act to solve it, telling every day that it was going to be solved “tomorrow”, but then it never happened. As an excuse they told that this is normal in the countryside, but the house is full of visible gaps and holes in the door, walls, and roof through which animals were entering. So it was a mainteinance problem. The house is in general not clean, there are also insect and geckos dropping on the walls. In addition the Wi-Fi and the internet TV (that were included as services in the rental) didn’t work for 3 days out of 4. They did absolutely nothing to solve this wi-fi problem neither. Do not rent it!
