This property completely failed to meet basic standards, and the listing does not reflect reality. Positive: Unfortunately, nothing. Negative: Prior to arrival, I was asked three times to confirm our ETA. The official check-in time was 15:00, but when I stated we would arrive at 14:00, they simply sent a "thumbs up." If the room couldn't be ready early, they should have clearly stated that check-in remains strictly at 15:00 instead of giving approval. Upon arriving after 14:00, the room was not ready, and no one was there to greet us. At 15:00, the key was just left in the door without any host presence or guidance. The studio is extremely dark with insufficient lighting. Water pressure in the shower is very weak, and it takes around 20 minutes to get hot water. A hairdryer was missing. Quiet hours are completely ignored. There is a severe smell of dampness and mold throughout the studio, especially inside the wooden furniture, making it unusable. When reported, the cleaning staff brushed it off as "normal for the island." Dampness and mildew are never normal in guest accommodations and pose a real health risk. The refrigerator freezes everything inside regardless of settings. It completely ruined our food and, more importantly, the required medication, rendering it unusable. The person managing the Booking chat is nice but redirected us to the "owners," yet no contact details for the actual owners were ever provided. The weather in this specific part of the island was terrible - constant heavy cloud cover, gloom, and rain. While weather is outside the host's control, the extreme local microclimate combined with an already damp, dark studio made the stay thoroughly unpleasant. In my experience, offering this property in its current state is harmful to guests and damaging to Booking.com’s reputation. It urgently requires a proper inspection.

Divertida y cómoda. Positive: Los espacios son generosos, amabilidad de el personal. Negative: Aunque no era algo importante, la piscina quedaba lejos… Igual sería bueno haber hecho la segunda junto a la otra zona.
