Atlantic Beach Escape - Centrally Located Attic

Positive: The location is very central and walkable. The appliances are modern, and it was recently renovated. The terraces were lovely, and if you are lucky, you will get a view of Teide. The laundry machine was great. Negative: We were provided a digital key, which only worked for 3 of the 5 days, we were locked out in the middle of the night with no way to get in.... Had to call the emergency line and wait 1 hour to get into the apartment. 3 Females standing out in the street, not ideal. They left us with a physical key for the front door, but we were 3 ppl so it was very inconvenient accessing the apartment after that. There is no AC in the apartment, and the neighbourhood is very loud, with the windows needing to be open for airflow. We were woken up every night by garbage pickup. The entry and common spaces of the building smell very bad (mould), and on some of the days the lights did not work in the common spaces. If you have a car, parking is a challenge. Allow yourself a lot of time to drive around searching for a place to park or you have to accept a 12-minute walk for a free parking lot. One of the sinks was not draining on arrival and we had to use draino to clear it. They only provide each guest with 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person staying, we requested more and they brought 1 additional towel.

Overall, the apartment itself is comfortable, well equipped, and in a great central location. However, if you’re a ligh Positive: The apartment is modern, spacious, and very well equipped. It’s located right in the center, with everything you need within walking distance, and there’s a supermarket directly across the street. If you enjoy nightlife and being in the heart of the action, the location is ideal. Negative: The apartment also has a balcony, which is a nice feature. Unfortunately, we didn’t really get to enjoy it because it was too noisy to sit outside comfortably. We also noticed cooking smells from the nearby restaurants, which occasionally reached the apartment and the balcony. For us, the biggest downside was the noise. The apartment is on what felt like one of the busiest streets in Puerto de la Cruz. There was constant noise from traffic, street cleaning vehicles, deliveries, restaurants, and people at all hours. Unfortunately, we struggled to sleep throughout our stay. Keeping the windows open wasn’t an option because of the noise, but with the windows closed, the apartment became very hot due to the lack of air conditioning. The only quiet time was between about 4:30 and 6:00 a.m. We also noticed some mold and an unpleasant smell in the shared areas of the building, and the elevator felt quite old and a bit unsettling to use.

È stato buono la casa è bella ed in un posto centrale Positive: Situato al centro , mobilia nuova presente tutto L occorrente da cucina tutto perfetto Negative: Manca aria condizionata , ci si trova praticamente in mansarda , nel ns periodo ha fatto molto caldo e abbiamo sentito la mancanza dell aria condizionata , androne e tutto fino in cima un forte odore di muffa , in casa il bagno emanava esalazioni quindi continuo cattivo odore non molto ma è da migliorare
