Casa Sara

Good choice in La Orotava Positive: Nice apartment that was close to the historic part of La Orotava, but far enough away that it wasn't busy and we could find parking outside the building. Check-in was automated by a code and offered flexibility with arrival time. Wifi worked well and there was a large desk in one of the rooms for working. Large flat screen TV in the living room and lots of books in the apartment about Spain. The apartment seems managed by a property manager and they were responsive with things like door codes, check-in procedures, etc. Overall it was a comfortable and pleasant stay except for the washing machine, and would stay there again. Negative: The washing machine did not work for our entire multi-week stay, and the property managers did not offer a solution. They said they would have to contact the owner and never resolved the issue. Although the property managers were helpful with logistics, they did not seem capable of handling a repair. This was the only issue with our stay.
