Nice apartment with a problem Positive: The property was in a good central location near the beach and in walking distance to many restaurants, though I would not recommend the food (overcooked fish) at the restaurant directly beneath the apartment. The apartment was also very quiet, the beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Negative: The apartment had one big problem which stemmed from the bathroom. An awful sewage smell came up through the shower and sink. Unfortunately the sewage smell penetrated into the rooms of the rest of the apartment, making the lovely apartment unpleasant to stay in. We were very disappointed we had to live the few days we were there with this bad smell. This seems to be quite a big issue, so that the plumbing in the bathroom will need to be changed when the apartment is vacant. The plumber should also fix the toilet as the cistern sometimes does not fill up with water and the toilet runs for hours.

Mal olor en el baño Positive: La ubicación Negative: Nuestra experiencia no fue muy buena, desde el primer día, el baño desprendía un olor muy desagradable, lo q hacía bastante incómoda la estancia, y aunque vinieron a solucionarlo al segundo día, el mal olor continuaba igual. Lo más decepcionante fue la falta de seguimiento, nadie volvió a preguntarnos si el problema se había resuelto ni nos ofrecieron una solución alternativa, como cambiarnos de apartamento o alguna compensación. Este tipo de cosas pueden ocurrir, pero lo q marca realmente la diferencia es la atención al cliente y la forma de gestionar la incidencia. En nuestro caso, fue insuficiente.

Positive: Excellent location, close to everything(beaches, restaurants, shops, sights). Spacious, bright, good insulation. Well equipped. Management was super helpful with our inquiries. All in all, we loved staying here. Negative: Cleaning in some areas could have been a bit better, but in general it was OK. Couch was a bit used up(and too soft) and not very comfortable.

Apartamento acolhedor com Localização excelente Positive: Localização excelente, perto das piscinas martianez, praia, restaurantes e bares. Mas numa zona sossegada e tranquila para dormir. Apartamento confortável, bem decorado e com o essencial para passar uns dias. Chuveiro muito bom, água quente e com boa quantidade de água. Camas confortáveis. Apartamento estava muito bem limpo e cheiroso na chegada. Cozinha bem equipada e com utensílios suficientes para 4 pessoas. Negative: Cheiro a canos, principalmente no Wc. Apartamento com pouca circulação de ar.

Best thing was the central location.no views of sea despite being so close. Positive: The location Negative: Upon arrival was hard to find the property. The smell from the drains in bathroom was very bad. The owner told me half way through our stay that they needed to enter during our stay to carry out work . I didn’t accept this and eventually he told me that the work wouldn’t be happening.
