Kakerlaken, laut und unbequem Positive: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen Negative: Zum einen ist es aufgrund der Lage abends extrem laut, da die Fenster undicht sind - Ohrstöpsel sind notwendig. Die Duschkabine ist teilweise kaputt, denn es fehlt eine Duschtür. Nachts bzw. Frühmorgens krabbeln überall Kakerlaken rum, das macht es unappetitlich die Gegenstände aus der Küche zu nutzen. Das Bett ist kein Bett, sondern ein Schlafsofa. Der Eingang durch die ersten zwei Türen passiert über einen „Link“ - extrem umständlich und der hat bei mir auch teilweise nicht funktioniert.

Positive: Расположение, вид из окна прекрасный. Персонал отвечал быстро, разрешили после выселения оставить вещи у них в офисе. Из удобств: удобный диван, достаточно много посуды, есть утюг и фен. Готовить можно на плитке. Было моющее средство для посуды, губка, пакеты для мусора Negative: Тараканы! Отсутствие двери в душевой кабине. Тройник рядом с мойкой, куда подключён холодильник и микроволновка - опасное место, вдруг попадёт вода. А плитку и чайник там больше некуда даже включить, кроме как в этот тройник, потому что в другие розетки поблизости всунуть вилку невозможно. Дверь балкона плохо открывается, приходилось приподнимать её, но все равно на полу от двери были полосы и это все скрипело.

Positive: Bon emplacement, parfait pour visiter la ville à pied. Draps propres, l’appartement en lui même semble confortable. Negative: Beaucoup de cafards malgré les traitements. Nous avons eu beaucoup de difficultés à entrer le premier soir, les codes ne fonctionnaient pas et nous ne pouvions pas contacter le service. Les derniers jours nous avons eu un gros problème de canalisations qui sentaient dans tout l’appartement sans qu’on puisse y faire quelque chose. Nous n’avons pas osé cuisiner à cause des cafards. Pour ce qui est des équipements ils étaient minimales : même pas assez de sacs poubelles fournis. Ensuite les voisins étaient très bruyants et se disputaient beaucoup ce qui était assez inquiétant.

Positive: The only positives were the excellent location, pet-friendly, and the price. Unfortunately, that is where the good points end. Negative: There was no door in the shower, which made using it very uncomfortable. The door-entry system was also highly inconvenient: one guest could not enter without accepting of another one. The property had cockroaches, the window blinds did not work, and there was no soundproofing — the street noise was extremely loud. There was also a very unpleasant, distinctive smell in the corridor. On top of that, the neighbours were extremely disruptive and regularly had loud arguments late at night, almost every night. There was no drinking water or tea provided, even for the first night, yet we were asked to take out the rubbish.

Positive: Dobra lokalizacja, widok na ocean, wygodne łóżko, łatwe zameldowanie. W kuchni czajnik, mikrofalówka, naczynia - wszystko co potrzebne. Negative: Brud wszędzie, miałam wrażenie że łazienka w ogóle nie była sprzątana, bo na podłodze kłęby kurzu, a przy kranie umywalki resztki zarostu po goleniu…. Brak jednej części drzwi do kabiny prysznicowej - postawienie wiadra z mopem nie jest rozwiązaniem… Po kąpieli zalana cała łazienka. Drzwi balkonowe z trudem się otwierało, bo były opadnięte i szurały po podłodze. Okno i drzwi balkonowe od zewnątrz całe w tłuszczu, jakby ze smażalni. Dość głośna ulica, ale ok, jesteśmy w centrum. Bardzo głośni sąsiedzi, robiący przemeblowanie o 2:00 w nocy. Brakuje podstawowych rzeczy kuchennych typu: kilka torebek herbaty, sól, pieprz, cukier.
