Positive: La ubicación

Un alojamiento inmejorable Positive: ​¡Una de nuestras mejores estancias, si no la mejor hasta el momento! Recomiendo este alojamiento al 100% a cualquiera que esté pensando en venir. ​Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad, profesionalidad y empatía de todo el personal. Desde nuestra llegada temprano se mostraron supercomprensivos: al viajar con niños pequeños y estar la vivienda disponible, tuvieron el enorme detalle de permitirnos hacer el check-in a las 9:00 h en lugar de esperar a las 15:00 h, lo cual nos facilitó enormemente la llegada. ​La ubicación del alojamiento es inmejorable, perfectamente posicionado y cerca de todo lo necesario: paradas de autobús, playas, supermercados, restaurantes y centros comerciales. A pesar de su excelente localización, el lugar te hace sentir sencillamente como en casa. ​Además, la limpieza del hogar es de sobresaliente (un 9 sobre 10) y la comunicación con el equipo fue impecable en todo momento: rápida, fluida y cercana. ​¡Volveremos sin duda! Positive: The apartment has an excellent location. The bed was very comfortable. Negative: Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to the photos. While the pictures show a cozy and impeccable space, the reality is that the unit feels dated and lacks basic maintenance, making it feel overpriced. It wasn't entirely dirty, but attention to detail was definitely missing, we found hair left behind in a few places. ​The biggest issue, however, was the false advertising regarding the air conditioning. The listing clearly stated there was AC, but there wasn't. We checked the ad again and found out that AC was removed. We absolutely would not have booked this property had we known. This is a great location with a lot of potential, but the host needs to update the listing accurately and address these maintenance and cleaning details for future guests.

Great apartment with one issue Positive: The location is excellent, the city is great, the apartment is fully furnished with everything you need. The staff of The Ocean Rentals was very helpful. Negative: The bathroom has no ventilation and bad plumbing. There is a regular sewage smell throughout the apartment. Judging by the amount of used air fresheners, this is a structural thing.

Family holiday Positive: We loved the fab location and the well equiped kitchen. The apartment felt like a real home with personal touches such as board games, boot cleaning and a sewing kit. Ocean rentals were really friendly and supportive. Check in was easy and straight foward. Negative: The drains in the building are old and at first there was a bad drain smell in the bathroom. However once we started using the bathroom the smell subsided. The blinds on the balcony did'nt work properly so we had to rolle them up manually.
