Positive: El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en el anuncio. Limpio y cómodo. Muy bien ubicado. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Solo faltaba un tostador y nos lo facilitaron con mucha rapidez. Agradezco al anfitrión su cercanía y rapidez en sus respuestas. Negative: Son necesarias algunas mejoras en los apartamentos del edificio para mantener la calidad de las instalaciones. Me consta que están en ello.

Positive: La ubicación no estaba mal... Negative: El usuario anterior dejo escrito con la tierra del cristal " limpiar apartamento" y ahí sigue... Y eso que me dijeron que el checking se retrasaba 2 horas por limpieza.... La entrada no tenía ni luz.... Por lo menos el ascensor funcionaba

Como en casa Positive: Ubicación cómoda, tenía de todo, lo único que la cafetera estaba picada, pero ya ves tú, genial! Negative: Todo bien

Positive: The apartment is located close to the city center in a relatively quiet area, except for some construction work happening in the building across the street. Overall, the stay was fine, but the apartment had quite basic facilities. The kitchen had an stove, a fridge, a classic coffee filter, and a few utensils. the equipment was rather minimal if you plan to cook more than simple meals. The kitchen is also very small and located right at the entrance of the apartment, without natural light, which means cooking smells tend to spread easily throughout the whole apartment. Beds were comfortable, we appreciated the sofa bed in the living room. It had side armrests and was placed next to the wall, which was very helpful since we were sleeping with our small child who moves a lot during the night, and it made the sleeping arrangement feel safer. Negative: One downside was that the apartment is located right next to the elevator, so you can hear people coming and going, which sometimes made it a bit noisy inside the apartment. Another thing that was not clearly mentioned in the apartment description is the washing machine. It is not located inside the apartment but in a shared laundry area in the building, used by all residents. In terms of cleanliness, we would have appreciated a bit more attention to detail. The floor has a neutral color, but when looking more closely, we noticed quite a few grey hairs on the floor. There was also a mop available, which we used, although it was quite low quality and overused. The bedding provided were a bit smaller than the beds themselves, which made it slightly uncomfortable during the night.

Flere steder i lejligheden hænger maling og puds i laser.
