Positive: Vynikající poloha, v centru nádherného města Puerto de la Cruz Negative: The biggest disappointment was the constant noise from renovation work in the building, which we were not informed about before our arrival, even though the host was aware of it. Every day throughout our stay, workers were drilling and cutting from around 8 a.m. and continued for most of the day. It was impossible to sleep in or enjoy an afternoon siesta. This was extremely unpleasant and definitely not what you expect from a relaxing holiday. There was also considerable street noise from cars, rubbish collection and the tourist train to Loro Parque. Another problem was the lack of ventilation. Apart from the bedroom, the apartment has practically no windows, so it was very difficult to air the rooms. With temperatures around 40°C and only a fan available, it became very uncomfortable. The rooftop terrace was also very different from the photos. Instead of a pleasant place to relax, it was dirty and cluttered with items and materials from the ongoing renovation, making it practically unusable. There was also unnecessary clutter in the room leading to the balcony. Overall, the apartment did not fully match the impression given by the photos. However, the most disappointing part was the undisclosed renovation and construction noise throughout our entire stay. Had we known about it in advance, we would have chosen different accommodation.

Było okej. Positive: Lokalizacja Negative: Przyjechaliśmy z niemowlakiem. Przed zameldowaniem obiekt pytał się czy chce łóżeczko dla dziecka i napisałam, że chce. Przyjechaliśmy a łóżeczka nie było. Kilka razy pisałam z zapytaniem kiedy będzie łóżeczko i zawsze odpisywali że tego samego dnia lub następnego. Nikt nie przychodził więc znowu musiałam pisać i się prosić o łóżeczko. Dostaliśmy je po kilku dniach dopiero. Łóżeczka nie umieliśmy złożyć więc znowu napisałam że nie da się go złożyć i odpisali że ktoś przyjdzie i je sprawdzi. Do końca pobytu naszego nikt nie przyszedł a byliśmy tak aż 3 tygodnie.
