Entspannt durch die vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten/Terassen im/ums Haus. Gepflegtes Haus Wohlfühlatmos
Negative: Das Sofas/der Sessel im Wohnraum sind total durchgesessen. Man sinkt tief ein. Ansonsten sehr schön und wohnlich und gepflegtes EG vom Wohnhaus. Das OG ist mit 2 Appartments vermietet.
Die Küche TOP ausgestattet. Es waren sogar etwas Kaffe und Gewürze/Öl/Essig da. Für die Winterzeit wünsche ich mir eine Zusatzheizung für´s Wohnzimmer/Küche um dort gerne zu verweilen. Ist dann doch etwas frisch. Wir waren anfang Januar 2026 dort.
