Todo genial. Nos encantó. Y tiene parking!!! Positive: Un apartamento pequeño, pero com encanto Ubicación excelente. Nosotros visitamos el Lago Martianez, Loropark y el Teide Al meaje no le faltó un detalle. Súper completo Un plus la plaza de aparcamiento. Porque al estar en la zona antigua, es muy complicado aparcar La plaza de payno está en el mismo edificio, pero está a un par de calles. Nos gustó mucho la estancia ahí Negative: O tenía ascensor. Pero ya lo sabíamos. Es el ático y hay que subir un poco masyde escaleras. Nada del otro mundo... La estancia no tenía aire acondicionado. Pero sí la habitación, que era donde dormíamos. El resto del tiempo estábamos fuera

Positive: La ubicación y la terraza Negative: Haría falta aire acondicionado en el salón Hacia mucho calor y el ventilador no refrescaba

El alojamiento está bien pere necesita mantenimiento basico está muy dejado. Positive: El parking sin duda Negative: La encimera la tocas y te quedas pegado está pegajosa, la alcachofa de la ducha abría que cambiarla, habría que arreglar el tendedero, el aire acondicionado le tuvimos que poner un cubito debajo porque goteaba agua.

Genial Positive: Lo que más me gustó fue la terracita y la ubicación , y que el apartamento tenía de todo para un día a dia Negative: La ducha estaba un poco regular la verdad, pero bueno es cuestión de cambiar la alcachofa y la habitación tiene un poco de humedad pero para unos días nada importante

Old, neglected, unhygienic with loud nearby church bells from early morning even with windows closed Positive: • Location: The general area is quite good and convenient, although the constant noise from the nearby church bells (ringing every 15 minutes) significantly reduced the enjoyment of it. • Agency communication: The management team responded quickly to my messages and sent maintenance staff to the property. • Attempts to fix issues: Managing agency apologized and made some effort to carry out repairs on-site, although they only managed to fix a part of the reported problems. Most issues remained unresolved until the end of my stay. Negative: • Deceptive description: Advertised as a "quiet apartment," but it's located next to a church with bells ringing loudly every 15 minutes, making rest impossible. • Misleading renovation claims: The listing claimed the building was recently renovated, but the apartment itself is very old, poorly maintained, and desperately needs a full renovation. • Maintenance issues: Leaking coffee machine (I had to place a plate under it), faulty kitchen lighting, and a broken bedroom window that wouldn't close properly (security risk). • Depressing views: Instead of a pleasant environment, the terrace offered a depressing view of a very neglected and messy garden opposite. • Poor hygiene & condition: Stained bedding, visible black mould on the bathroom ceiling, and rusted fixtures due to zero ventilation. • Lack of accessibility: No elevator in the building, forcing me to carry very heavy luggage up the stairs to the top floor, which was not clearly highlighted. • Unprofessional repairs: The shower was "fixed" using plastic food wrap/tape, which is unacceptable for the price paid. • Privacy disruption: Multiple maintenance visits were required to fix basic issues, which completely ruined my privacy and the relaxation I came for.
